With a background in multiple Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud I thrive in fast paced environments where technical precision and creative thinking are equally valued. I'm passionate about building modular, scalable Lightning components and from automating lead-to-cash processes and designing reusable Lightning Web Components, to reducing 200+ hours of manual work through Apex and Flow I focus on making Salesforce do what it's best at saving time, reducing friction, and giving users confidence in their tools.

At Blackmore Partners Inc., I've had the opportunity to work as a Salesforce Developer Intern, where I've contributed to building scalable, efficient, and user-centric Salesforce solutions. One of my major contributions was designing and implementing Lightning Web Components (LWC) for a real-time sales dashboard, significantly enhancing data visibility and empowering the sales team to make quicker, more informed decisions. I also played a pivotal role in creating a custom Experience Cloud portal tailored for distributors, which helped streamline collaboration and boost user engagement across various internal and external teams.

To improve automation and reduce operational overhead, I engineered complex business logic using Apex Triggers, Flows, and Process Builder — ultimately saving over 200 hours of manual work annually. I also migrated legacy Visualforce pages to the modern Lightning Experience, which improved system performance and user satisfaction without affecting business continuity.
